Emma is one of the most globally recognized blockchain technologists and lawyers, particularly within the field of Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenization, including stablecoins. She dvises digital asset, blockchain technology and cryptocurrency companies as token issuers, funds, trading platforms, banking entities and broker dealers. Emma also advises U.S. and non-U.S. traditional financial services firms and funds looking to gain exposure or entrance into the digital asset space.
Emma is admitted to the bar in CA, CO and NY. She holds an LLB in Law from Durham Law School (UK), and LLMs in Law from Durham and Stanford Law School.
